a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Alerts.
b. Once you log in to the Alerts app, click on the three lines at the top left to see all the available menus.
c. Availability Alert Angel page houses the availability alert email, which typically includes information about the floorplan, such as the bedroom type, size of the unit price, available data, and the floorplan image.
d. The Price Drop Alert Angel page houses the notification emails that alert a user or prospect when the price of a specific floor plan has dropped to a level the user-specified or set as their desired price.
e. Under Reports, various reports related to the alert performances are available. It contains the following reports;
- By Alert report shows analytics based on the alerts sent by the properties.
- By Email report shows the performance of the emails sent for the alert types.
- Alerts Contact List report gives the details of the contacts for each property and their statuses.
- By Email Platform report shows the analytics of how alert emails performed on various platforms.
- My Analytics houses all the reports you marked as favourites.
