a. Log in to https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app.
b. Once you log in to the CRM app, the Contact Pipeline page will open by default.
c. Click on the top left dropdown button beside Contact Pipeline to navigate to available menus.
d. The Contact Pipelines page shows the overview of the contacts in the pipeline. You will notice that your prospects will be grouped under several columns. These columns are sub-statuses from the Active status and display how engaged an active prospect is.
e. The Contact Lists page will display all the statuses or sub-statuses of your prospects, residents, and general contacts.
f. The Tasks page allows you to create, display, filter, and manage tasks assigned to your properties' agents.
g. The Taskless Contacts page allows you to check if you have missed creating a follow-up task for any contact.
h. The Agent Activity Page houses information about the leasing agents' actions.
i. The Alerts Log page helps you analyze the alerts generated based on actions taken by the prospects/residents.
j. The Prospect Follow-Up page shows the number of actions taken by the contacts and for the contacts.
k. The Canned Emails page allows you to create canned emails, predefined responses, or messages for frequently asked questions, typically for queries related to sales, customer support, marketing, or policies.
l. The Refer a Friend page is to store and distinguish all the referred contacts data coming from the referral programs.
