How can I navigate the different menus in Hayley Chat?

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Hayley Chat. 

b. Once you log in to the Hayley Chat, click the three lines at the top left to expand the available menus.

c. Customization Settings is the default page that opens when you log in to Hayley Chat. Here, you can customize the Hayley mascot, select animation for your mascot, and customize the text messages for the chatbot.

d. Share Options page gives access to embedded codes and URLs needed to integrate Hayley into your property website. It includes Embed Code and Share URL.

e. Tour Settings page provides the URL for self-guided tours.

f. Preference Center page allows you to customize your preferred settings for the messaging language, feedback option, etc.

g. Reports pages will allow you to view and analyze Hayley's metrics. The following reports are available under the Reports menu:

 


 

h. The AMA settings page updates detailed information about your property, including general information, features, amenities, policies, neighborhood, leasing process, etc. This helps Hayley reply to the questions frequently asked by prospects via conversational chat.
