a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click HayleyChat.
b. Once you log in to the HayleyChat, click on the three lines at the top left to expand the available menus.
c. Customization Settings is the default page that opens when you log in to HayleyChat. Here, you can customize the Hayley mascot, select animation for your mascot, and customize the text messages for the chatbot.
d. Share Options page gives access to embedded codes and URLs needed to integrate Hayley into your property website. It includes Embed Code and Share URL.
e. Tour Settings page provides the URL for self-guided tours.
f. Preference Center page allows you to customize your preferred settings for the messaging language, feedback option, etc.
g. Reports pages will allow you to view and analyze Hayley's metrics. The following reports are available under the Reports menu:
- Hayley Analytics: This report gives an overview of the Hayley metrics.
- Hayley Contact Lists: This report gives the contact details of each lead generated by Hayley Chat.
h. AMA Settings page will allow you to update all property-related information a prospect may ask the chatbot.
