How can I navigate the different menus in Journey AI Refer-a-Friend?

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Refer-a-Friend.

b. Once you log in to the Refer-a-Friend (RAF) app, click on the three lines at the Top left to see all the available menus.

c. The Referral Campaign menu is the landing page for RAF. On this page, you can view, edit and create referral campaigns for residents.

d. The Reports menu houses the mentioned reports;

• • By Campaign.
  • Campaign Analytics.
  • Campaign Contact List.
  • My Analytics.

e. The Settings menu gives email validation settings and tour schedule URLs access.
