a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Blasts.
b. Click on the three lines at the top left to see all the available menus.
c. The Blasts menu is for the main dashboard, named Blasts Calander. You can view, create, or edit blasts from this page.
d. The Templates menu houses all available blast templates. Blasts can be created from here as well.
e. The Approvals menu contains controls to manage and perform blast approvals. It has three sub-menus:
๐นMy Approvals: Displays a list of blasts waiting for approval.
๐นAll Approvals: Displays all blasts submitted for approval.
๐นApproval History: Displays all completed approvals.
f. The Reports menu houses all reports related to Blasts. The following are the sub-menus:
๐นBy Blast: Contains reports for all blasts.
๐นBlast Analytics: Contains analytical report of each blast.
๐นBlast Contact List: Contains the details of blast recipients.
๐นBy Email Platform: Contains details of the platforms used to access the email.
๐นMy Analytics: Contains blast reports marked as 'favorite.'
g. The Feedback Reports menu houses all feedback reports related to Blasts. The following are the sub-menus:
๐นAnalysis By Org/Property: Contains feedback reports generated at the organization or property levels.
๐นAnalysis By Blasts Type: Contains feedback reports generated for different blast types.
๐นAnalysis By Fields: Contains feedback report generated for individual fields.
h. The Settings menu allows admins to customize blasts based on their needs. It has the following sub-menus:
๐นApproval Process: Add approvers and turn approvals on/off.
๐นBroker Upload: Add new broker contact lists.
๐นStudent Upload: Add new student lists.
๐นUniversal BCC: Add email addresses to the BCC list.
๐นMarketing Admin: To customize based on marketing needs.
