a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Tours.
b. Once you log in to the Tours app, it will take you to the Tours Home page.
c. Click on the three lines at the Top left to see all the available menus in the left panel.
d. you can view and access all Tours-related pages/sub-menus from the dashboard.
e. Agent Calander is to manage agent's appointments.
f. Amenity Reservations is to book and manage amenities available for your property.
g. Agent Settings: Tour Scheduler assists agents in setting up recurring tour slots, holidays, etc.
h. Agent Settings: Amenities assists agents in setting up recurring tour slots, holidays, etc.
i. Admin Settings: Tour Scheduler helps to customize the tour scheduler page.
j. Admin Settings: Amenities help to customize the amenity reservation page.
k. Admin Settings: Tour Site helps to customize the tour site and tour experiences.
l. Integrations help to integrate agent calendar to Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar.
m. Reports will show you various types of reports related to Journey AI Tours.
n. If you are in any of the Journey AI Tour sub-pages and wish to move to another sub-page, click the drop-down menu beside the page name at the top left corner.
