A. Navigate to: Performance AI ➡️ Lead Gen Analysis ➡️ LGA Dashboard ➡️ CrSTAL by Source.
B. Choose the property and the time period for which you want to see the CrSTAL by Source
Reports.
C. The first report is an Overview of the top sources for each CrSTAL milestone:
a. First, there is a table of the number of leads in each CrSTAL milestone. The number
of leads created was 2088, which was a 6% increase from 4 weeks ago.
b. The number of 1st tours scheduled was 911, which was a 1% increase from 4 weeks
ago.
c. The number of 1st tours completed was 505, which was a 10% decrease from 4
weeks ago.
d. The number of applications submitted was 196, which was an 8% decrease from 4
weeks ago.
e. The number of leases was 128, which was a 4% decrease from 4 weeks ago.
f. The funnel that showcases the number of leads in each CrSTAL milestone is
depicted graphically.
g. The sources that influenced the most number of created leads are listed. In this
example, Organic Search influenced the most leads at 449 leads which is 21.5% of the
total leads created.
h. The sources that influenced the most number of tours scheduled are listed. In this
case, Organic Search influenced the most leads at 270 leads which is 29.6% of the
total 1st tours scheduled.
i. The sources that influenced the most number of completed tours are listed. In this
case, Organic Search influenced the most leads at 140 leads which is 27.7% of the
total 1st tours completed.
j. The sources that influenced the most number of applications submitted are listed. In
this case, Organic search influenced the most leads at 59 leads which is 30.1% of the
total applications submitted.
k. The sources that influenced the most number of leases completed are listed. In this
case, Organic search influenced the most leads at 36 leads which is 28.1% of the total
leases completed.
D. The first graph answers the question How has the performance of top sources changed
over milestones?
a. Hover over any of the curves to find drill-down numbers about the specific source.
In this example, Zillow Rental Network created 17.96% of the leads, but it
contributed to 16.21% of the leads who completed their 1st tours.

E. The final graph answers the question How has the performance of top sources

In this example, the percentage of leads created through Organic Search:

• From 11/13/2023 to 12/10/2023 was 7.74%.
