How can I verify and update property information for Hayley Chat(Guided)?

Hayley Chat is dedicated to addressing all inquiries regarding your property. It is crucial to keep your property information updated and verify it periodically.

This guide will walk you through updating your property details for each tab under Hayley Chat (Guided), which will lead to a smooth prospect experience with Hayley Chat.

These details are crucial as the AMA settings are synced with this Sub-Org data.

 

A. Find an Apartment:

  • View Floor Plan:

a. Go to the Sub-Org Edit option under the Sub-Orgs app for your property.

b.  Go to Floor Plans

c. Here, you can see floor plan details like description, type, floor plan area, rent images, availability URL, etc.

  • View Units:

a. Next, go to Units.

b. Here, you can see unit details like unit floor plan name, unit name, unit area, unit price, unit leased status (available/ unavailable), unit occupancy status (vacant/occupied), unit availability, etc.

Caution: The Floor Plan and Unit details are automatically pooled from platforms like Yardi, Entrata, etc. No manual update is needed. If we update it manually, it will be overwritten by the imported data as soon as the automation runs at night.

 

B. Schedule a Tour:

a. Go to Tours and select Admin Settings: Tour Scheduler.

b. Go to Scheduler Design.

c. You can verify information like tour types and available tour slots.

C.Photos:

a. Go to Sub-Org Edits under Sub-Orgs and select Gallery Tab.

b. Here, you can see the images of your property. You can have interior, exterior, amenities, neighborhood, and unclassified images.

c. You can edit, replace, or copy the image URL from here.

D. Video:

a. To see pre-recorded or 3D tour videos, go to Tours and select Admin Settings: Tour Site.

b. Go to the Tour Site.

c. You can see the videos in the preview section.

E. Community Info:

a. Go to Sub-Org Edits under Sub-Orgs and select Features & Polices.

b. You can view and update all community information, like apartment features, amenity information, pet & parking policies, neighborhood information, etc, here.

c. To view Office Hours, go to Sub-Org Edit and Basic Info tab under it.

d. Expand the Property Essential tab. 

e. You can view or update office hours here.

g. Expand the Promotion tab.

a. To view the Resident Portal link, go to the Sub-Org Edit and Basic Info tab under it.

b. Expand the Key Site Link tab.
