Prospects can schedule a tour of your property using HayleyMail following a few easy steps. Hayley schedules tours efficiently without asking any extra questions or sending multiple emails. It also remembers your preferences while sending you tour scheduling options.

a. When a prospect communicates through Hayley Mail, it always replies with a Schedule a Tour CTA (call-to-action) button. Prospects can click the Schedule a Tour button to choose their preferred slots.

 


 

b. The prospect may also ask about scheduling tours; in such case, Hayley will reply with the CTA, which will also suggest slots based on your preferences.

c. If prospects mention their tour preferences in previous communications, Hayley will remember them and suggest available slots accordingly. It will not ask the same question again.
