The Alert Notification feature in Journey AI CRM helps the agents keep track of the prospect's activities. An alert notification is generated when the prospect under their pipeline does an action like scheduling a tour, opening an email, filling out a contact form, etc.
a. Log in to https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app.
b. You will find the bell icon at the top right. If you have alert notifications, it will show the number of alerts beside the bell icon, or else it will show 0.
c. On clicking the the bell icon, it will expand.
d. Alerts tab will display all the alerts available. You can scroll down to view all.
e. Click on the alert to view the details on the contact card.
f. You can reschedule, cancel, or delete the alert from the contact card.
g. The mic button is to mute or unmute alert notifications.
