The Task Notification feature in Journey AI CRM helps the agents to keep track of the assigned tasks.
a. Log in to https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app.
b. You will find the checkmark icon at the top right. If you have tasks assigned, it will show the number of tasks beside the check mark, or else it will show 0.
c. On clicking the check mark icon, it will expand. There are three tabs: Today, Overdue, and See All Tasks.
d. Today tab will display the number of tasks assigned to you for today.
e. To view the details, click on the task. It will open the contact card.
f. On the contact card, you can view, edit, mark it done, or add new tasks.
g. The Overdue tabs will show you if any task is pending.
h. To see all tasks across the property assigned to you or other agents, click the See All Tasks button.
i. It will direct you to the Tasks page in Journey AI CRM.
