      How do I access the Rate Analysis and Conversion Rate reports?

      The Rate Analysis report under Conversion Performance benchmarks your rate of taking prospects from one CrSTAL milestone to another against other Multifamily organizations.

      A. Navigate to: Performance AI ➡️ Conversion Performance

       

      B. On the Conversion Performance sub-menu:

      a. Click on Rate Analysis 

      b. Click on Conversion Rate

      C. This will open up the Conversion Rate reports, which include:
