How do I add a contact to an existing list in CRM?

Journey AI CRM allows the users to add individual contacts to an existing list. Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same.

 

a. Log in to  https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app.

b. Click on    sign at the top right corner. 

c. A pop-up form will appear. Enter all the required fields as given below;

  • First Name of the contact.
  • Last Name of the contact.
  • Phone Number of the contact.
  • Email ID of the contact.
  • Sub-Status to be selected as per the lead category.
  • Lead Attribution to fill in the details of the source of the lead.

d. Once you have filled in all the details, click the Create button.

e. The contact will be added, and you'll be able to see it in Journey AI CRM.
