CTA (Call-To-Action) is an instruction to the audience designed to provoke an immediate response, such as "RSVP" or "Schedule Tour," and generally takes the form of a button or a hyperlink. It is intended to direct you to a specific site.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Blasts. .
b. Go to Template, and choose event template to create a blast.
c. To add the CTA, open the site you want to direct the resident toward and copy the link.
d. Go to the edit blast page and paste the link under the CTA URL.
e. Below the CTA URL, you will see the CTA Text. This will reflect on the blast, as shown in the image below.
Now, CTA is added successfully to the blast.
