How do I add a disclaimer for all email communications?

Journey AI allows you to add a disclaimer for all your email communications. Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same.

 

a. Navigate to Journey AI, and you will be directed to the home page.

b. Go to the Settings menu in the left side menu panel and click to open the Settings page.

c. Go to Enable disclaimers on all emails and expand.

d. To turn on disclaimers for all email communications, move the toggle button to Yes.

e. You can keep the disclaimer content the same as Org or can add different content. Choose one of the options based on your requirements.

f. If you choose to have different content, add the title and your disclaimer message.

g. You can check the preview on the right-side panel.

h. Click Save to update changes.
