How do I add and customize an extra button to Hayley Chat (Guided)?

Hayley Chat allows you to add a customized URL button to the guided chat. That will help you direct your prospects to any of your desired links, e.g., Application for a lease. The following are the step-by-step instructions.

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite>  Select Sub - Org > Click Hayley Chat and go to Preference Center.

b. Expand Custom Button Tab.

c. You can add up to three custom buttons that will show up in your guided chat.

 


 

d. You can customize the Button Label according to your needs. If you want your prospects to apply for a lease, add the Button Label as Apply Now.

e. You have two options to guide the prospect to take an action as follows:

  • Open webpage in a new tab: Add the link to your application form under the Button URL  and guide the user to the website.
  • Display message in chat: You can add your message in the chat and ask your prospect to take further action.

f. To make the Apply Now button available under guide chat, turn on the toggle button.

g. Click Save to save the changes.

h. You can check the preview on the right-side panel.

 

 

i. To add another button, click the Add Button tab and repeat step d to h. 

j. You can also rearrange the buttons by dragging and dropping them from icon.

k. You can also remove an existing custom button by clicking the delete button.

 


 

l. All custom buttons will be available on your guided chat once saved.
