How do I add a custom button button to guided chat?

HayleyChat allows you to add a customized URL button to the guided chat. That will help you direct your prospects to any of your desired links, e.g., Application for a lease. Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same.

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite>  Select Sub - Org > Click Hayley. and go to Preference Center.

b. Expand Custom Button Tab.

c. If you want your prospects to apply for a lease, add the Button Label as Apply Now.

d. Add the link to your application form under the Button URL.

e. To make the Apply Now button available under guide chat, turn on the toggle button.

f. Click Save to save the changes.

g. Now, the Apply Now button is available under your Hayley Guided Chat.
