How do I add an offer to HayleyChat?

If you want to fascinate your prospects with an exciting offer, you can showcase it using HayleyChat. You can show that in two ways: using the Offer tab under guided chat or using the Text Bubble. The following are the step-by-step instructions.

 

A. Adding offer to the Guided Chat: 

You can display your offers under the offer tab in the guided chat.

a. To display an offer, you need to add it first at the Sub-Org.

b. Go to Sub-Org Edit, and under Basic Info, expand the Promotion tab.

c. Under the promotion tab, you need to update the following fields:

  • Start Date: The date when the offer will start.
  • End Date: The date when the offer will end.
  • Image URL: Image URL that displays the offer (in any).
  • Description: A brief description of your offer.
  • Disclaimer: Any disclaimer that you want to add (0ptional).

d. Click on the Tick Mark to save your changes.

e. Now, if your prospects click the Offer tab under Community Info in guided chat, they will get the offer details.

B. Adding an offer to the Text Bubbles:

 

Additionally, you can add your offer to the text bubble that will appear above the Hayleychat icon. You can inform the prospect about the existing offer and guide them to take action using the appropriate Call-To-Action button like Schedule a tour, even before they start interacting in the chat.

 

a. Go to Journey AI SuiteSelect Sub - Org > Click HayleyChat and go to Customization Settings.

b. Expand Customize Text Bubble Tab.

c. Go to the Offer tab.

d. The description will be auto-updated from the information you provided under Sub-Org. You can further modify the same.

e. Add End Date. Make sure the date is the same as in the Sub-Org.

f. Select a CTA type from the drop-down. In the below image, we have selected Contact Me

g. Once done, click Save.

h. The offer will be visible as a text bubble along with the HayleChat icon on your website.

i. Once the prospect clicks the Contact Me (Call-To-Action) button, the Contact Me form will open under HayleyChat.
