You can add or manage your marketing channels in the Attribution Mapping page.
Guide to marketing channels.
A. Navigate to: Performance AI ➡️ Settings ➡️ Attribution Settings ➡️ Attribution Mapping.
B. To add a channel to the Performance AI list:
a. Click on Channel at the top of the page.
b. This will add you to the Channel table. Click on ADD CHANNEL.
c. Write the name of the channel.
d. Write the tags you use for the channel.
e. You can save your channel using the SAVE button.
f. You can cancel the addition of the channel using the CANCEL button.
C. You can add a channel as a default, i.e., when a lead comes in without a channel tag, that
lead will be tagged with the default channel.
a. Choose the Default channel by clicking on your chosen channel in the dropdown
menu.
D. To manage a channel from the table, find the required channel, and
a. Click on the tag to manage the tags associated with the channel.
c. You can delete the tags already associated with the channel by clicking 
.
d. You can add additional tags by filling in the table.
e. You use the CONFIRM button to confirm the changes in the tags.
f. You can use the CANCEL button to cancel the changes you have made.
