How do I add links to self-guided tours?

As an organization, you may have tie-ups with different tour scheduling apps. Therefore, we allow you to link your Self-Guided Tours to another tour scheduling operator through Tour Sites.

 

Ensure that the self-guided tour option is unchecked in Admin Settings: Tour Scheduler if you use the Tour Scheduler. Otherwise, it will direct to Hy.ly's Self-Guided Tour option instead of the actual Self-Guided Tour link.

If you are using Tour Site, make sure that the Self-Guided Tour option is checked in the Admin Settings: Tour Site, or else it will not display the option of Self-Guided Tour in the Tour Site pop-up.

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite>  Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Click Admin Settings: Tour Site.

b. Go to Tour Experience and select the Self-Guided Tour option.

c. Put the link for the Self-Guided tour under the Self-Guided Tour Link box.

d. Select the check box of  'Use this URL as link out in hyTours scheduler' if you use the hy.ly Tour Scheduler.

e. Select the check box 'Open this URL in the Tour Site pop-up' if you use the Tour Site of hy.ly.

f. Then you can click on Preview and check if the link out is correct or not.

g. Once done, click on Save.
