How do I add form questions to the Contact Me/ Tour scheduler form?

Hayley Chat Preference Center menu can add your preferred questions to the Contact Me or Schedule a Tour Form. The following are the step-by-step instructions.

a. Go to Journey AI Suite>  Select Sub - Org > Click HayleyChat> Go to Preference Center menu.

b. To customize the questions in Schedule a Tour or Contact Me forms, go to the Custom From Questions section.

c. To add a question, click the Add Question button.

d. If you want to delete an existing question, click the delete button beside the question.

e. You can request the answer as Yes/No or 1-line text.

f. Click Save once done.

g. The questions will be added under the Schedule a Tour form.

h. The questions will be added under the Contact Me form.
