How do I block holidays for amenity bookings in the tour calendar?
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Click Agent Settings: Amenities.
b. Go to the Holidays & Exceptions page.
c. Click the Add Holiday button to add a new holiday.
d. Select a date; if the amenity will be unavailable for the whole day, keep the Exclusion field as All Day.
e. If the amenity will be unavailable for specific slots, add Amenity Hours accordingly.
f. You can add holiday-related information under the Comment section.
g. Also, you can delete a holiday by clicking the delete button.
h. Once done, click the Save button to save changes.
