As an agent, it is hard to remember everything about a prospect/resident's status and requirements. You can create notes for all prospects/residents in the Journey AI CRM.
Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same.
a. Log in to https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app.
b. Search for the contact and select the contact to go to the contact card.
c. To add a Note, click the Note icon at the top right corner.
d. Once you click on the email icon, a pop-up will open where you can type the message.
e. Write the note in the blank space.
f. Click Add Notes to add the note.
g. You can find the added notes under the activity stream.
h. You can edit and delete the notes from the activity stream.
