HayleyChat (Guided) will allow your prospects to provide their monthly budget to help in the apartment search. Hayley will then show them only those available apartments that match theirs and don't overwhelm them with unwanted information.
To verify and turn on the price range filter, follow the steps mentioned below.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Hayley. and go to Preference Center.
b. Expand the Price Range Filter tab.
c. The toggle button must be turned on so prospects can access the price range filter.
d. Click Save to activate the changes you made.
e. The price range filter is available under guided chat on the preview screen.
