How do I add the “Do I Qualify” button to HayleyChat?

The "Do I Qualify" button in HayleyChat allows the prospect to check if their budget qualifies for the minimum rent price. This can be checked initially before they engage themselves in the property search. The following are the steps to add the "Do I Qualify" button in the guided chat.

a. Go to Journey AI Suite>  Select Sub - Org > Click HayleyChat> Go to Preference Center menu.

b. Expand the Do I Qualify tab and turn on the toggle button.

c. Add the question you prefer to ask your prospects about their monthly budget.

d. Add the minimum rent price of your apartment.

e. Once the minimum rent price is added, the Save button will be activated. Click Save.

f. In the preview section, you can verify that the Do I Qualify button has been added to your chat.

g. Once your prospect clicks the Do I Qualify tab, Hayley will ask to enter their monthly budget. Hayley will confirm if they qualify based on the value they enter.
