If you use Entrata as your property management system, you can add the Tours Scheduler in Entrata. Following is the step-by-step guide for the same.
a. Navigate through the settings in Entrata: Marketing > Prospect Portal > Tours.
b. Go to Agent Tours, click the Edit button, select the Tour Type as External, and paste the tour scheduler link in the External Site URL.
c. You can also embed the pop-up script or the URL for the tour site.
d. To add the tour scheduler as a URL, navigate through the settings in Entrata:
- Go to Setup > Click on Websites and select your website.
- Click on Global and then Info > Go to Advanced Settings dropdown.
c. In the JS Advanced Settings box is a Custom Java Script box; select the Pencil Edit icon and paste your script here.
d. Click Save to save the settings.
