How do I use the Tracking Email page to add tracking emails to a property?

Tracking emails are a type of email that is used to import a contact to the property by using lead integration. Tracking emails can be generated using the Tracking Email page under Attribution Settings in PAI (Performance AI) Settings.

 

A. Navigate to: Performance AI ➡️ Settings ➡️ Attribution Settings ➡️ Tracking Emails.

 

B. This will open the Tracking Emails page. 

a. Select the property for which you want to generate the tracking email. 

b. Click on Edit on the right hand side to move the page where you can generate the email.

c. Once you move to the page, you can generate a tracking email specific to the

    property using the Generate Email button.

d. You can forward the tracking email to the property manager's email for testing using

    the tick box.

e. You can add an external tracking email to the property in the form.

f. You can cancel the changes made to the tracking email using the Cancel button.

g. When you have made the required changes to the tracking email(s) you can save it

    using the Save button.

 

An external tracking email refers to an email that includes tracking mechanisms to monitor various aspects of the recipient's interaction with the email. Services like CRMs and email marketing services can generate external tracking emails.
