Journey AI Blast allows its users to attach PDF files with the blasts. The following is the step-by-step guide to attaching a PDF file with Blast.
Note: This feature is available only in Blast's new editor and AI-powered templates.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Blasts.
b. To start creating a blast, click the +Blast tab on the Blast Dashboard page or go to Template and choose a template.
c. Click Create Blast for your chosen template and go to Blast Editor. In blast editor, click Try our new, fast editor.
d. Go to Attachment and click on Attach a PDF. You can upload a PDF from your system, but make sure the size of the PDF is less than 2MB.
e. Once uploaded, you can replace or delete the PDF.
f. Once you send the test blast, the PDF will be attached to your email. You can open it and preview it in your mailbox.
