How do I block the Tour Scheduler on holidays and exceptions when the property is closed for the tour?

With Journey AI Tours, you can block the holidays and any other exceptional days in the tour scheduler, so the prospect can't book the tour during those days. 

 

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Click Agent Settings: Tours Scheduler.

b. Click on the Holidays & Exception Page.

c. To add a holiday, click on the Add Holiday button.

d. Select the Date; if it is a whole day holiday, keep the Exclusion field as All Day.

e. If it is a day holiday or some slots are unavailable, add the slot timing under the exclusion field.

f. You can change the maximum reservation per slot for the date.

g. In the Comment section, you can put information related to the holiday.

h. Also, you can delete a holiday by clicking the delete button.

i. Click Save to save the changes.
