Journey AI CRM allows you to bulk update your contacts. Following are the step-by-step instructions to add Tags to your contacts.
a. Log in to https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app.
b. Select Contact Lists from the dropdown menu.
c. To bulk update all your contacts, click the check box next to Last Modified on the table header. You can also select individuals by checking the box next to a contact's name.
d. You can also filter the contacts using the side filter panel and bulk update the filtered contacts.
f. When your contact(s) are checked, click on the Select Bulk Operations dropdown and choose your action among Change Agent, Change Sub-status, Change Status, Change Desired Price Range, Change Desired Unit, Add Tag, Remove Tag, Subscribe, Unsubscribe and Delete.
g. Click the Update Contacts button to update the bulk changes.
