How do I cancel a blast?


You may need to cancel a Blast if it is no longer relevant. The following are the step-by-step instructions on how to cancel a Blast.




a. Go to Journey AI SuiteSelect Sub-Org> Click Blasts to go to Blast Calander.

b. Click on your already scheduled blast and click the Cancel Blast option.

c. It will open a pop-up window to confirm cancellation.

d. Click Cancel Blast to confirm.

e. Once the blast is canceled, it will be available on the blast calendar as a draft. You can reschedule the blast, or you can delete it.

f. To delete the blast, hover over the template and click Delete. This function will permanently remove the Blast from the database and not be retrieved again.

g. You can edit and cancel a scheduled blast from the Schedule page.

Note:

A Blast can be canceled only in "Sent for approval" or "Scheduled" status. It cannot be canceled once it is sent.
