How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment in Journey AI Tours?
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Go to Agent Calendar.
b. Once on the Agent's Calendar, click on the tour you wish to Cancel or Reschedule.
c. To cancel, click Cancel Tour; to confirm, click Yes.
d. To reschedule, click Reschedule Tour.
e. Select the new date and time as requested by the prospect, add attribution, and click the Reschedule button.
