How do I change Blast approval settings in bulk for all properties?

The Journey AI Blast approval process can be set up individually at the property level. If you want to turn on/off blast approval in bulk or add/remove approvers for all properties under one ORG, you can do it at the ORG level. Here are the step-by-step instructions.

 

a. Go to Journey AI SuiteSelect Org > Click Blasts.

b. Go to Settings and click on Approval Process.

c. Property Breakdown will show the total number of properties under the ORG.

d. You can filter by columns and export the table as a CSV file.

e. You can sort the table by Property column only.

f. One page will display up to 25 properties.

 

 

Turn on/off the Approval Process in bulk.

a. To select all properties, select the checkbox beside the property column. If you want to choose only a few properties, select the checkbox for those properties.

b. Turn On and Turn Off buttons are available at the top right corner to turn or off the blast approval.

 

Edit Single Property:

a. To edit individual property, hover over the property name and click the Edit button.

 

 

b. The Edit window will open on the right side.

c. You can turn on/off the approval process from here.

d. Add approvers by selecting the approver's email IDs from the drop-down list.

e.  You can delete an existing approver by clicking the Delete button.

f. You can add Approved Agents by selecting the agent’s email IDs from the drop-down list.

g. Once done, click Save.

 

 

h. The changes you will make at the ORG level will be replicated at the property level and vice versa.
