How do I change the email check status for a contact in CRM?

Due to multiple reasons, the system might mark the email checks for specific contacts as bad even though the email is correct. As an agent, you can change the email check status from bad to OK in such scenarios using Journey AI CRM.
Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same.
 
 
b. Search for the contact and select the contact to go to the contact card. 
c. If the email check status is Bad, a cross sign will appear beside the email ID.
d. To update the Email Check status, click the Contact Info button.
e. It will open the page on the right-side panel where you can edit the Contact Info. 
f. Click on the Global section and click the pencil icon to edit.

h. Click the Tick mark sign at the top right to update the Email Check status.
