Once your Journey AI account is created, you can change your password from the Journey AI home page.
Following are the step-by-step instructions to change your password.
a. Navigate to Journey AI, and you will be directed to the home page.
b. Click on your name initials displayed in the top right corner.
c. It will open a panel; click Change Password to reset your password.
d. It will direct you to the Change Password page.
e. Your Email Address will be auto-updated.
f. To change the password, you first need to fill in your Current Password.
g. Fill in your New Password.
h. Finally, Confirm New Password. All of these fields are mandatory and star-marked.
i. To update the changes, click the Save button.
