With the Journey AI CRM Activity Stream, you can also check the calls received from the contact and the calls made to the contact. Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same.
a. Log in to https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app.
b. Search for the contact and select the contact to go to the contact card.
c. Go to Activity Stream and turn on only the Communication filter.d. You can also edit notes for the call by clicking on the edit option.
e. Click on the Play option beside the call activity to listen to the call recording.
f. You can check the details of the call by clicking on the show more button.
g. You can see the agent's phone number, the prospect/resident's number, and the call duration.
