How do I choose the Contact Creation date that will be used for PAI reports?

The Attribution Report Settings page under Attribution Settings in Performance AI (PAI) Settings allows you to select which contact creation date will be selected for PAI reports.

 

A. Navigate to: Performance AI ➡️ Settings ➡️ Attribution Settings ➡️ Attribution Report

     Settings.

 

B. You can choose the contact creation date that will be considered for your PAI

    reports using a selection menu.

a. The first option allows it to be the same as that on the PMS

b. The second option allows you to assign a contact creation date equal to that of when

    the contact came to the hyly system.

c. The third hybrid option takes account of when the contact was created on PMS

     when the first event occurred, and when it came to the hyly system. This is the

     preferred and default option because it provides more consistent results throughout.
