Closing out a tour is essential to keep track of all the prospects who showed up for the appointment and send Tours post-tour autoresponder emails and SMSs (if activated).
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Go to Agent Calendar.
b. Click on a past tour that you need to close out.
c. If the prospect toured at the scheduled date and time, click the Yes, Toured option. If 'Yes, Toured' is clicked, a 'Thank you...' email and/or an SMS will be sent out to the prospect.
d. If the prospect didn't tour at the scheduled date and time, click the No Show option. If 'No Show' is clicked, a 'No Show' email and/or an SMS will be sent to the prospect.
e. If you made a mistake and clicked an incorrect option in Step c or d, go to Contact List, then Activity Stream, and you can click on Edit to change it.
