Hyly.AI's new AI-based tool will help you craft marketing messages to communicate with prospects and residents. Below are the steps to use it.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Blasts.
b. Click on +Blasts/Templates to create a blast.
c. Go to AI-Powered Template for offers and click Try Now.
d. A pop-up window will appear for your input. Add the Offer Prompt, offer Start Date & End Date, and Disclaimer, and click Create Blast.
e. You must add a suitable Blast Title.
f. AI will generate the Subject Line, Pre-header, Email Body, etc., per your instructions.
g. On your right, you will see the preview buttons for email and SMS. By default, it will show the email preview; click the SMS button to check the preview and edit the SMS content. Also, use the SMS toggle to turn on SMS notifications for your blast.
h. Attachment: If you want to attach a PDF, you can do so manually, but make sure your file size is less than 2 MB.
i. Click on the refresh icon to regenerate the response and compare the responses generated by clicking the forward and backward icons. When hovering over each field, these buttons
will be visible.
j. Click the Re-prompt button if you want to regenerate all the blasts.
k. Click Save to save the changes.
l. Once saved, click the Schedule button to schedule the blast.
