You can create canned emails per your requirements in the Journey AI CRM. Following are the step-by-step instructions to create a canned email.
a. Log in to https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app and the Canned Emails page.
b. Click the + sign at the top right corner to add a canned email or update one existing template.
c. Add Title, Subject, and Choose the Category from the drop-down menu.
d. You can access Policies, Amenities, Neighborhoods, Maintenance Policies, and Terms & Conditions categories by default. You can add or delete categories by clicking the Manage Categories button.
e. In the Message section, write your message in the blank space.
f. Use the text toolbar to format your message.
g. You can insert a link or an image using the toolbar.
h. You can add macros to the message by clicking the Insert Macro option.
i. You can attach files using the Attach File button.
j. Also, you can access the Image Library and default Signature from the Sub-Org.
k. Once done, click the Preview button to view the preview of your email.
l. You can send test emails by clicking the Test button.
m. Click Create to create your canned email.
