How do I create/edit a referral campaign in Refer-a-Friend?

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Refer-a-Friend.

b. It will direct you to the Referral Campaigns dashboard.

c. To create a referral campaign, click the + Referral Campaign button.

d. To edit an existing referral campaign, click the edit button beside that campaign.

e. It will direct you to the Edit Referral Campaign page.

f. Add/edit the campaign title and reward amount under the Referral Campaign Details tab.

g. All the fields under this tab are mandatory and marked with a star icon. Click the Save button to save changes.

h. Under the Community Invites Resident's To Enroll tab, you can add/edit your invitation via Email/SMS, Resident Portal, and Direct Link.

  • For Email/SMS, you can add images, add/edit email subjects, titles, email body, SMS text and disclaimer. Also, you can view the preview on the right-side panel.
  • The Resident Portal allows you to design a CTA for the campaign. You can add/edit CTA text, Banner Text and Embed Code. You can view the preview on the right-side panel.
  • You can add the link to your campaign in the Direct Link section.

i. Under the Resident Enroll section, you can customize the resident enrollment page by adding a pop-up title, header, campaign pitch and footer. You can view the preview on the right-side panel.

j. Under the Resident Receives Email Upon Enrolling section, you can customize the thank you email the residents receive after successful enrollment. You can add images and add/edit email subjects, titles, email body, and disclaimer. Also, you can view the preview on the right-side panel.

k. Under the Resident Invites a Friend Section, you can customize the following options;

  • Share Options is to customize the message sent to the residents to provide them with share options like Email, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • The Provide a default to resident when inviting a friend section allows you to customize the default messaging template resident can share with their friends.
  • Refer-a-Friend Landing Page allows you to customize the landing page friends may visit once they click the referral link.
  • The Confirmation section is to customize the message sent to the residents upon a successful referral. For every section, you can view the preview at the right-side panel.

l. Once all the changes are done, click the Save & Next button to proceed to <schedule the invite>.
