How do I create and edit a task for a contact in CRM?

As an agent, you can create tasks for yourself to follow up with the prospects/residents in the Journey AI CRM. Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same.
 
b. Search for the contact and select the contact to go to the contact card. 
c. Click on the task icon at the top right corner to create a task. A pop-up will show on the screen.
d. Select the task type, due date, add about notes, assign the agent, add notes for yourself.
e. Click on Save to save changes.

f. You'll get a confirmation message that the task has been created.
g. You can also see the task-created activity recorded in the activity stream.
h.You can edit or delete the task, and mark it done.
