      How do I create my mascot in Hayley?

      a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click HayleyChat > Go to Customization Settings.

      b. Go to the Make Your Mascot section and click Upload Your Own to create your mascot.

      c. You can drag and drop your file or upload a file from your system. 

      d.  Supported file types are SVG, PNG, JPEG, and GIF. Your file must have a minimum height/width of 100 px and a maximum size of 5 MB.

      e. Click Save to save your mascot.

      f. Once saved, you will receive the confirmation message at the top.

      f. Next, you can Select Animation Style for your mascot. This feature is available only for custom mascots.

      g. You may choose from Wiggle, Pulse, Pop, Bounce, and None. The animation will play every 5 sec.

      h. Click Save to save the animation style for your mascot.
