While scheduling a blast, you can create your own customized contact group by drilling down into your existing prospect and resident list. Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Blasts. and create a blast.
b. After editing, go to the Schedule page and send a test blast to your desired email id/s.
c. Next, go to the Schedule Blast dropdown, and to use/create a customized contact group, turn on the toggle button beside My Custom Group.
d. You can pick preferred groups from existing groups from the Pick a Group dropdown menu.
e. Or you can click on the Create New button and customize the groups as per the target audience. You can add as many groups as required and save them for future use.
f. Create New Group window will pop-up at right. You can choose Contact Status from Active, Resident, or Dormant.
g. You can choose the next criteria from the following:
- Desired Bedroom
- Source
- Hy.ly Create Date (Date when contact card is created)
- Tour Status
h. You can add multiple filters by clicking the +Filter button.
i. You must add a unique group name to find it easily for future use.
j. You can click on the 'Export CSV' option and download the CSV file of the contacts. Next to that, you will find the count of contacts for your group; use the refresh button to refresh the count manually.
k. Click Save to save your contact list.
l. You can further Edit, Duplicate, or Delete the contact group from the Pick a Group dropdown. Hover over the group to edit, duplicate, or delete it.
Once the contact group is customized, proceed to schedule the blast.
