How do I customize SMS templates for the amenity reservation in Journey AI Tours?

You can customize Amenity Reservation SMS prompts at the Org level.

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Click Admin Settings: Tour Scheduler.

b. Go to Custom SMS Templates and Amenity Prompts.

c. The SMS prompts are available for the following;

  • Manage Response: To give general instructions to the resident about how to manage the amenity reservation.
  • Reservation Confirmation: Once the amenity reservation is confirmed.
  • Reservation Night Reminder: Reminder SMS sent a night before the reservation date.
  • Morning Reminder: Reminder SMS sent in the morning of the reservation date.
  • DELETE Response: For reservation cancellation.
  • RESCHEDULE Response: For rescheduled reservation.
  • RESERVATIONS Response: To send reservation schedule.
  • Unrecognized Response: If the response from the resident is not recognized.
  • Reservation not found: If the reservation is not available in the system.

d. The left side panel shows the default SMS prompts.

e. You can customize the prompts in the right-side panel per your requirements.

f. Click the Save button to save changes.
