a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Click Admin Settings: Tour Scheduler.
b. Go to Custom SMS Templates and hyTour Prompts.
c. Here, you can find Default SMS prompts for In-Person Tour, Live Video Tour, and Self-Guided Tour.
d. The SMS prompts are available for the following;
- Manage Response: To give general instructions to the prospect about how to manage the tour.
- Tour Confirmation: To confirm the tour appointment.
- Night Reminder: Reminder SMS sent one night before the tour schedule date.
- Morning Reminder: Reminder SMS sent on the morning of the tour schedule date.
- Stop Prompt: To unsubscribe from the SMSs.
- Delete or Reschedule Prompt: To delete or reschedule the tour.
- Delete Response: Tour cancellation confirmation.
- Reschedule Response: Reschedule tour confirmation.
- Tours Response: This is to send the tour schedule.
- Unrecognized Response: If the response from the prospect is not recognized.
- Tour not found: If the Tour is not found in the system.
- Tour SMS is not enabled: If tour SMS is not enabled for any property.
- Tour Completed SMS: If the prospect completes the tour.
- No Show SMS: If there is no show.
e. The left side panel shows the default SMS prompts.
f. You can customize the prompts in the right-side panel per your requirements.
g. Click the Save button to save changes.
