Hayley app allows you to customize Hayley's mascot according to your preference. Below are the steps to follow:
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click HayleyChat.
b. Go to Customization Settings.
c. Go to the Name Your Mascot section to change the mascot name;
- If you change the Widget Title it will appear on the chat box header.
- If you change the Chatbot Title, it will appear on the welcome message.
- If you keep the First Message section blank, it will, by default, use the message text as "Hey, I'm Hayley. How can I help you?" You can customize your message if you wish and save changes.
d. Go to the Make Your Own Mascot section to customize your mascot.

- Here, you can change the mascot icon.
- Change the color code for the mascot.

- Click Save to save your changes.

e. You can also create and upload your mascot in the Upload Your Own tab under the Make Your Own Mascot section.
f. Animation styles will be available under the Select Animation Section if you upload your mascot.
g. Go to the Select Position section to change your mascot position on your property website. You have the following options:
- Bottom Right
- Bottom Left (Default)
- Sticky Right Button
h. You can preview the position on the right-side panel.
i. The Customize Text Bubble section allows you to add a quick actions tab, offers, or simple welcome message accessible to your prospect even before they start interaction.
j. A preview is available on the right-side panel for all your changes.
k. Under the Quick Actions option, you can add tabs like Schedule a Tour, Resident Portal, etc., so your user can take immediate action even before interacting in chat.
l. Under the Welcome Message option, you may add a welcome message for the visitor, which will display along with your mascot.
m. Under the Offer section, you can add any exciting offer and a Call-To-Action button to attract your prospect.
n. You can select None if you don't want to display any message.
