The Tour Slot Occupancy feature helps to block tour time slots for specific events agents create.

It allows you to choose which event types will occupy tour slots.

This prevents prospects from booking tours during occupied slots.

Examples:
Select Agent Events in the Tour Slot Occupancy list to block only agent events from the tour scheduler. The blocked time for agent events will not show in the tour scheduler for tour slots, and prospects won't be able to book tours during the agent event hours.

Blocked event times won't show for tour bookings.
To customize the tour slot occupancy, follow the below-mentioned steps:
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Click Agent Settings: Tours Scheduler.
b. Go to the Recurring Tour Slots page.
c. Click on the Tour Slot Occupancy dropdown to select the types of events that you want to block on the tour scheduler.
d. You can choose one or multiple types of events.
e. If you want block tour slots for all agent events, then select Any Event Type.
f. If you don't select any event type, it will not affect available tour slots. Click Save to save changes.
