Sometimes, you may delete a contact for various reasons to have accurate data in the Journey AI CRM. Also, you might need to delete multiple contacts in bulk. Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same.
c. Click on the contact once it appears on the search list.
d. You'll be taken to the Contact Card of the contact.
e. Click on the three dots at the top right corner and select the Delete option from the dropdown.
f. A confirmation message will pop up on the screen.
g. Click on OK to delete the contact.
h. If you wish to cancel the process, click on Cancel.
i. To delete contacts in bulk, go to Contact List and filter the contacts based on your criteria.
j. Select the check box beside the contacts.
k. Click the Select Bulk Operations drop-down and choose the Delete option.
l. Click the Delete Contacts Button to delete contacts in bulk.
