Journey AI blasts allow you to send SMS along with your blast emails. The following are the step-by-step instructions on editing and turning on SMSs for your blasts.
Note: The SMS edit feature is available only in Blast's new editor and AI-powered templates. You can only preview and turn on SMSs from the old blast editor.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Blasts.
b. To start creating a blast, click the +Blast tab on the Blast Dashboard page or go to Template and choose a template.
c. Click Create Blast for your chosen template and go to Blast Editor. In blast editor, click Try our new, fast editor.
d. On the left side, you will find email and SMS buttons that can be interchanged. Click on the SMS button to preview and edit SMS content.
e. To send an SMS, turn on the toggle button.
f. You can edit the Title from the SMS edit page.
g. You can edit SMS text, add links, and format the text.
h. Once done, click Save and go to the Schedule page.
i. If you turn on the SMS, on the schedule page under the Send Test Blast section, you will get the Phone Number(s) sections where you can add the phone number(s) to send test blast SMS.
j. Under the Schedule Blast section for each existing audience, you can find the SMS reachable to the number of audiences.
k. You can now schedule the blast.
