How do I enable blast approval from Blasts Settings?

Journey AI Blasts offers an approval process so admins and selected agents can review the Blasts before sending them to prospects, residents, and/or brokers. The steps are as follows;

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite > Select Sub-Org> Click Blasts.

b. Go to Settings and select the Approval Process sub-menu.

c. Enable Approval Process:

  • The admin can turn the approval process on or off by switching the toggle button to yes or no. 

d. Approver:

  • The admin can determine who will approve the Blasts and mention their email ids in the Approvers section.
  • If you want to add approver/s, add the email id/s under the Approvers section. You can add multiple email ids using commas or enter.
  • To remove approver/s, click the cross button beside the email id/s you want to remove.
  • Once the approval process is enabled, approvers can approve blasts that are sent for approval.

e. Approved agents:

  • The admin can determine if any agents do not need approval and add their email IDs in this section.
